User Agreement Service Access Liability

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the MyIFN mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is offered by SoftMaji InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

02 Eligibility & Account

Users must be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent to use our financial hub. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. MyIFN is optimized for Android 7.0 and above.

03 Third-Party Services

MyIFN acts as a unified gateway. Some financial services available through the app are provided by third-party partners. While we verify our partners, SoftMaji is not responsible for the specific terms, conditions, or performance of external service providers.

04 Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass 256-bit encryption.
  • Reverse engineer the 21MB app bundle.
  • Use the platform for fraudulent activity.
  • Provide false identification data.

05 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftMaji InfoTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the MyIFN service.
